You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, security questions). Do not share your login information with anyone. aftoto will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

aftoto accepts deposits from major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept international wire transfers, credit card payments, or cryptocurrency deposits at this time.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by bank, typically ranging from IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000. Maximum single deposit limits are generally IDR 50,000,000 but may vary based on your bank's interbank transfer limits. For example, if you deposit IDR 1,000,000, you must place total bets amounting to at least IDR 1,000,000 before requesting a withdrawal. This applies to deposits without bonuses. aftoto does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank may impose interbank transfer fees (typically IDR 6,500 - IDR 10,000 per transaction). All account balances, game stakes, and winnings are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not offer multi-currency accounts or currency conversion services.

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours (cooling-off period). Limits can be decreased immediately.

Configure maximum session durations. When your session time expires, you are automatically logged out and cannot log back in for a cooling-off period.

aftoto Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Platform downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events does not entitle you to compensation.
We are not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, power failures, or other technical problems beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring your equipment and internet connection are suitable for using our Services.
aftoto integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and sports data feeds. We are not liable for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance or IDR 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of aftoto Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved through competent courts as appropriate.
You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting our support team before pursuing legal action. Most disputes can be resolved efficiently through our customer service escalation process.
